This policy explains what information AwardFlare collects when you use our website and our iPhone and Android apps, and how we use it. If you have any question, write to support@awardflare.com.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and name, received from our payment processor (Hotmart) when you subscribe.
- Your preferences: home airports, cabins, regions and the route alerts you create in the app.
- Device information: a push notification token, the platform (iOS or Android) and the app version, so we can send you alerts.
- Basic usage: sign-in dates and which alerts were sent to you, so we do not send the same deal twice.
- Website analytics: our website uses the Meta pixel to measure our ads. It may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed.
We do not collect your payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Hotmart.
How we use it
- To sign you in and confirm your subscription.
- To send the alerts and emails you asked for.
- To answer your support requests.
- To measure and improve our ads and our service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that help us run AwardFlare: Hotmart (payments), Apple, Google and Expo (push notifications), our email delivery provider, our hosting and database providers, and Meta (ad measurement on the website). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
- You can turn off push notifications and the daily email at any time in the app.
- You can delete your account in the app or by writing to support@awardflare.com. We delete your information within 30 days.
- You can ask for a copy of your information or ask us to correct it.
Children
AwardFlare is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know by email.
